Return Policy
Service Completion
Our restoration services are performed on-site or at our workshop location. Once work has been completed and the furniture has been returned to you, services are considered delivered. We conduct thorough quality checks before returning items to ensure they meet our standards.
Satisfaction Concerns
If you have concerns about completed work, please contact us within 14 days of service completion. We will review your concerns and work with you to address any issues. Each situation is evaluated individually to determine the appropriate resolution.
Hardware Returns
If hardware components have been installed but you wish to have them removed or replaced, please contact us within 7 days of installation. Unused hardware that has not been installed may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in original condition.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that circumstances can change and will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
